Closely collaborated with an experienced product manager and sourcing team. The team had a request to enhance their internal processes. After conducting customer interviews, we identified pain points, prioritized them, and proposed three hypotheses with phased testing periods. The temporary solution helped to automate and improve their work by 20%. The team rated these improvements at 5 out of 5.
