About the vacancy

The client provides services in the reverse mortgage market. We are expanding the team of Java developers who will be engaged in modernizing the system.

The project is in the process of migration from the IBM technology stack (Java + EGL procedural language) to AWS Cloud Provider with a focus on a serverless deployment. Among the main tasks is the support of the system and its migration to modern technologies.

Must have

• 5+ years of web application development experience.
• Experience building Java Enterprise applications
• Solid knowledge Java
• Experience with AWS infrastructure (Lambda)
• Experience in building REST API
• Understanding of OOP, OOD and design patterns
• Spoken English

Would be a plus

• Java 7
• JSF, JSP
• Experience with any procedural language like Pascal or Basic
• Experience with Fintech domain
