Job Purpose:
We are looking for a high-performing international B2B Sales Manager to join YozmaTech's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The Outbound B2B Sales Development Manager will generate a qualified lead pipeline and close deals for YozmaTech's diverse development projects. A vital role for the Outbound Sales Manager is to engage with different B2B businesses, establish contact, and develop opportunities to close a deal. This role will be reporting directly to VP Marketing & Business Development and directly impacting the compay's growth and having an opportunity to work with international B2B clients.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in IT sales in the B2B sector;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas;
- Experience setting sales goals;
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills;
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices;
- English - advanced level - Must.
Responsibilities:
- Researching, prospecting, and building a qualified pipeline of leads;
- Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner;
- Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and sales quotes;
- Achieving defined revenue & sales goals;
- Participating in marketing campaigns and events.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Communication department to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity;
