At Yalantis, a Business Development Manager is the first point of contact for prospects who come from outbound lead generation channels. As a Business Development Manager, your main goal will be to convert replies into sales qualified leads by finding opportunities, identifying business needs, handling objections, and building relationships. No cold calls and no cold emailing.
What you’ll help us with:
● Processing replies from outbound lead generation channels
● Identifying opportunities and handle objections
● Nurturing leads and build relationships
● Converting marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads
● Forming value propositions in close collaboration with Account Executive
Here’s the experience that will help you with the job:
● 2+ years of experience in direct sales
● Ability to build and scale client relationships
● Ability to unlock opportunities, frame a value proposition, and remove obstacles
● Understanding of sales and lead generation principles, methods, practices, and techniques
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
● Advanced English
