We are looking for a Сommunity Manager who will build and manage Reface community in social media.

It became Вest of 2020 (Google Play) and #1 on the US App Store, hit Top Charts in 100+ countries and has just been backed by Andreessen Horowitz venture fund. Snoop Dogg, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, and probably a bunch of your friends tried Reface. We have a team of 100+ driven folks on board (Kyiv office), including some of the top AI/ML minds. Yay.

Our mission is to create a new type of AI-based personalized content that will help people express their creativity and have fun.

What you should have

— You worked as SMM manager/community manager for solid 2 years.

— You worked in a product or in an agency. Both are fine with us.

— Your written English is way better than ours.

— You’ve built a robust and engaged community of app users on Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, etc. The communities were so great that people started to live their own lives there.

— If you know motion/graph design, we would be pleasantly surprised. We have the best design team, but we’ll ask you for quick design tweaks.

— You can initiate, own and manage the whole community strategy.

At Reface, a Community Manager means that you will

— Research current trends, best practices, and audience preferences.

— Design and bring to life the SMM strategy across various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter are the main ones).

— Monitor and engage Reface users that are active on socials. You will be the one who brings new members to the community. The king of the Reface party keeps а conversation going.

— You’ll continuously measure your performance. Learn from it. Improve social media activities. Repeat.

— In general, you’ll be building a community around our app. Not just manage social pages.
