Now we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Product Team in the Kyiv office 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of success/account management experience in SaaS
• Fluency in English
• Experience in conducting in-depth interviews
• Understanding customer journey mapping
• You're empathetic to people and can easily put yourself in other's shoes
• You are a great communicator
• You obsess over customers
• You love solving problems and you are persistent
• You are responsible and ready to take ownership
• You to have a growth mindset (You are constantly seeking opportunities and development)

Responsibilities:

• Studying the needs of our clients, drawing up portraits
• Suggestions for product improvement, add. services based on customer needs
• Checking the quality of service, recommendations for improving the service (sales & support)
