International product B2B SaaS company — iDeals Solutions is hiring for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist to join TA Team on a project-basis (6 full-time months). We prioritize fluent English professionals with previous hiring experience in international markets, especially in the United States.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Fluent C1-C2 level of English
• Middle-level recruitment experience
• Handled full-cycle recruitment process worldwide
• Experienced in conducting interviews
• Experience in building candidates funnels and job boards management 
• Able to work within United States time zones
• Previous experience in hiring non-tech specialists 
• Learns fast, transparent with strong analytical skills
• Strong English business communication. Small talk skills. 

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• International sourcing and direct search skills
• Expertise in conducting Competency Based Interviews
• Project management skills
• Experience with Lever ATS

EXPECTED PERFORMANCE RESULTS:

• Successfully manage 1-2 recruitment projects simultaneously in the United States
• Close vacancies in time and accordance with the established process
• Meet deadlines and SLA of the recruitment process
• Partner with hiring manager to understand and prioritize hiring needs
• Interview candidates to assess for culture and skill fit using Competency-based interview techniques
• Work full time on recruitment projects during the next six months
