We are looking for a Head of Communications who will lead and mentor our one-of-a-kind communication team and shape the voice of Reface globally.

About

Reface is the #1 face-swap app in the world. It became Вest of 2020 (Google Play) and #1 on the US App Store, hit Top Charts in 100+ countries, and has just been backed by Andreessen Horowitz venture fund. Snoop Dogg, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, and probably a bunch of your friends tried Reface. We have a team of 100+ driven folks on board (Kyiv office), including some of the top AI/ML minds. Yay.

Our mission is to create a new type of AI-based personalized content that will help people express their creativity and have fun.

What you should have

Well, you need to be a lot of things, to be honest. Get ready for the longest list of requirements in your life.

• You are very good at international PR. You understand how to build and handle PR Strategy.

• You created and provoked news outbreaks in Global media, not just pitched existing company news.

• You are a Bruce Willis of crisis PR Armageddons. You have strong crisis management skills: know how to build an Anticrisis Communication strategy and how a brand should answer sensitive topics in global media. We can’t wait to hear how you handled the most unbelievable case and fought for the company’s reputation, and saved humanity in the end.

• You know how to build and change the brand’s reputation with PR tools. And you’ll tell us your fascinating case/example.

• You got your own database of journalists in UA/US/UK media with whom you’ve built long-lasting relationships. They think that you are awesome. They open your emails and distinguish you from the PR crowd.

• You know how to build and manage a PR team, set and track their progress goals.

• You managed owned media content creation process. You know how to define owned media goals and channels. You can set measurable metrics on all channels and guide the content team to fulfill those metrics.

• You worked with contributing content for shared media (guest posting columns in Tier1 media)

• You provided the consistency of brand assets and positioning all over the product, owned media, PR messages.

• Experience in PR around partnerships (with brands, celebrities, social initiatives)

• Fluent in spoken and written English. No buts.

• Would be a plus: strong content writing skill, understanding of what is a good content piece.

• You understand major concepts of Employer Brand communication.

At Reface, a Head of Communications means that you will

• Create a PR strategy and guide the PR team.

• Create owned media strategy and guide the Content team.

• Create employer brand strategy and guide HR/Recruiting team.

• Handle crisis communications.

• Be in charge of the brand strategy, and its consistency.

• Supervise the product development and warn the potential reputational risks.

• Basically, you’ll be the soul, ears, and driving force of Reface Communications.
