Our product: Eve is an AI-powered voice bot that successfully copies the best phone company employees. Eve recognizes speech in real-time, boosts sales, presales, notifies, conducts surveys, consults on the inbound line, reducing company costs, and increasing the profitability of sales departments.

Our Goal: By 2025, implement the EVE robot with AI elements in 1200 large companies, increasing the profitability of sales departments and the quality of customer service.

What will you be responsible for in the team and what will your income be tied to:

  • Customer retention and increased customer life cycle (LTV);
  • Timeliness, quality of scripts for a voice bot, their effectiveness;
  • Integration with clients;
  • Customer satisfaction with results and service (CSI, NPS);
  • Keeping the data in our CPM up to date;
  • Build relationships with current customers;
  • Briefings and presentations;
  • Development of conversation scenarios individually for each client; 
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of calls;
  • Improvement of scripts; 
  • Development of a telephone touch strategy, integration;
  • Consulting clients on the product;
  • Lead account and sales team for quality control, control of key indicators for mailings, and for clients.
