You will work directly with Founder and with Heads of holding portfolio companies.

You come with:

— Specialized education, preferably Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, National University of «Kyiv-Mohyla Academy», Institute Of International Relations Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

— At least 2 years of commercial experience

— Advanced English (oral and written). Almost all documentation is in English and related to British law. Also, you will communicate a lot with non-residents.

Responsibilities:

International law:

• preparation of agreements and contracts
• negotiations with contractors, partners, banks 
• terms & conditions
• IP 
• legal structure development 
• M&A in different jurisdictions

Ukrainian law:

• labor law
• full support of the changing business needs
• terms & conditions

— Flexible schedule. The working day should start between 8 - 10:30 am.
