Description

We are looking for a QA engineer with dual ability for manual testing and basic automation development.

As a team member in scrum team, we look for a member who is capable to improve the quality of our delivery, using technical and human skills, in dynamic and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member at scrum team contains developers, QA engineers, team leader and scrum master
• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and performing acceptance, regression, and functional tests and effectively documenting results
• Work with teams (PM, DBA, System Analyst) members to understand project enhancements or defect fixes and create, organize, and maintain test plans and test cases accordingly
• Responsible for running and creation of automation, functional and regression tests to ensure new features/enhancements meet user requirements and are free of major defects.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or another equivalent diploma
• At least 3 years of experience with manual testing
• Background in Fintech
• Experience with automation test development using Java/C# / selenium - an advantage
• Experience with TFS tools
• Experience with client/server testing
• Experience with database testing (SQL server/My SQL)
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks and maintain standards in a dynamic and changing environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with a high-level of interpersonal skills
• Experience in Fintech industry - an advantage
• Experience with Web Services testing using Soap UI/Postman- an advantage
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies- an advantage
• Technical understanding with the ability to read and analyze code - an advantage
