Wincher is looking for a Marketing Manager with at least upper-intermediate English communication skills. The person will contribute to the promotion of our product in the international area through partnerships, influencer marketing and PR.

The Outbound Marketing Manager will be responsible for brand awareness among potential and current clients and user acquisition campaigns.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to go beyond logical advertising to develop high-performing outbound marketing campaigns and reach top target prospects. Your goals will include end-to-end planning and creating external marketing campaigns. It's important that the person is not afraid to speak their mind since we value our team members’ opinions highly. Wincher is not into micromanagement so it’s also important that the person can work independently and take initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new potential partners and influencers in order to set up effective collaborations;
  • Negotiate strong partnerships with influencers, ambassadors, media and content creators to build a new partnership pipeline;
  • Identify and cultivate new outbound marketing channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers and extend our reach;
  • Generate product reviews on external platforms and blogs;
  • Write content and reach out to editors in order to publish guest posts.

Requirements:

  • At least upper-intermediate English communication skills;
  • Experience in B2B marketing and working with international markets;
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, interest/background in SEO or internet marketing;
  • Experience in writing content in English;
  • Strong negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent networking skills;
  • Knowledge in building effective outbound marketing channels (from cold outreach to development of strong partnership);
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data;
  • Proactive, positive, flexible, and with an enthusiastic can-do attitude;
  • Strong learning capacity.
