Requirements

— At least 1,5 years+ of web/mobile design experience

— UI and UX experience — still we are primarily interested in your UI mastery

— Knowledge of app usage patterns depending on the platform (Human Interface Guidelines and Material design)

— Knowledge of visual design, user-centred design principles and usability issues

— Pixel-perfect design

— Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator

— A self-organized team player

— Passion for self-development

— Desire to understand the client’s business goals and objective

— Desire to understand the client’s business goals and objectives

— Problem solver and customer-centered

— Detail oriented, critical thinker and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

— You will create design and re-design

— You also will be responsible for the design of pixel-perfect mockups for web, mobile applications, and corporate websites

— You will create marketing materials

— You will adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

— You will work closely with the business and development teams to apply your understanding of user-centered design principles and visual strategy to develop our complex multi-platform software

— You will share work early and often and seek out constructive feedback from peers, product teams and other stakeholders

— Skills in testing your design solutions (Interview, usability testing, a/b testing)

— Be part of the Product team, supervise implementation of your ideas
