Retention / Email marketing manager

The marketing company is developing a new separate direction in the field of social games. In this case, we are looking for an enthusiastic retention manager/email marketing manager.

We need someone who uses email power in 100%.

Responsibilities: 

• Creating and managing life cycle journeys across conversion, new customer, churn prevention and reactivation stages
• Request and manage content requests for banners and email communication
• Manage improvements of the segmentation across behavior, preferences, and risk
• Audit and approve email marketing campaigns before launch
• Propose planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimization
• Manage and execute onsite, email and other channels used to push campaigns
• Segmentation of the database to optimize player retention strategies
• Ensuring that new promotions and features are communicated to the customers

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and experience in a mass mailing
• Experience in creating and executing promotional plans, and monitoring their success
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative thinking
