The company is growing and opening new countries and markets to promote its services, so the company is currently searching Head of Sales with experience in the US market (IT Sales). Our Head of Sales plays an important role in achieving the company’s goals of customer acquisition and revenue growth, maintaining competitiveness and a high level of first contact with potential customers with our company.

Our Head of Sales will stand at the origins of the formation of the sales department for the American market, working directly with the business owner, which will allow him to maximize his potential, gain valuable first-hand experience, and form and organize your team and get the best performance.

Our expectation from a future colleague:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Competent writing and speaking;
  • Knowledge of the basics of modern business communication;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian;
  • English at least at C1 level.
  • Proven experience working with clients;
  • A person who knows how to manage his time, resources, and his team;
  • The ability to think outside the box and find an original solution;
  • Ability to search and analyze the target audience;
  • Show the client’s interest;
  • Briefly present the company and the product;
  • Ability to Google, and quickly find answers;
  • Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data.



Functional duties:

  • High-quality processing of incoming requests and their conversion;
  • Analysis of leads and their needs;
  • Business correspondence, video conferences, and presentations to potential clients;
  • Conducting negotiations with potential clients before receiving preliminary interest in services;
  • Briefing potential clients;
  • Maintaining the relevance of information in CRM about potential customers;
  • Develop individual communication strategies with each client;
  • Write personalized texts for the first and subsequent letters;
  • Introducing potential customers and existing customers to the company’s products and services;



It will be a plus:

  • Experience in lead generation;
  • Expanding the activities of any company in the US market;
  • IT or Digital sales for the US market;
  • Has experience working with several sales channels in the US;
  • Experience in working with various sales and communication channels;
  • Business development;
  • Experience in sales in the US market (regardless of direction) from 2 years;
  • Knowledge of the basics of working with CRM systems, Google Docs, Trello (or other task management systems);
  • Experience as a sales manager in digital agencies will be a significant advantage.
