At Reface, a Junior PR Manager means that you will

• Communicate with media and pitch reporters on a regular basis (more frequently than you check your socials).

• Look for the best angels to promote a product and pitch news stories, either it’s AI, music, or fashion.

• Look for Global events and awards we need to apply for.

• Read news and keep track of which tech and social media trends we should follow.

• Craft press releases and blogs. They must be funny and engaging. We hate boring press releases more than we hate sand in the shoes ;)

• Search for the best platforms to place op-eds and articles.

• Look for the best ways to feature Reface in Podcasts, Youtube vlogs etc.

• Read news and keep track of which tech and social media trends we should follow.

• Execute our SMM strategy with no shame and hesitation.

• Love, cherish, and promote Reface values via every communication you make, either it’s a Facebook post, an article for Forbes, or your first date.

What you should have

• 1 year of experience in Global communications: you know about pitfalls and main differences between Ukrainian and Global media.

• Examples of publications in global media (your own media base with warm contacts of reporters will be a benefit).

• Mad storytelling skills: find the best angle of any Reface story and nail it.

• Writing skills: when you send your pitch/press release, a reporter/editor must be like: „damn, that Junior PR Manager is really perfect!”

• Got keen attention to detail and occuracy: No kidding, you see typos and mistakes in any text even with ane eye open.

• Strong passion for promoting а unique Ukrainian startups around the world like a new religion.

• Excellent presentation & communication skills; advanced English is ey mast.
