Requirements:

• Basic E-Commerce Experience
• Deep practical understanding of CI / CD 
• Deep understanding of performance impact of different types of tests (memory, CPU, system stability) - Testing Pyramid 
• Expert in Test Automation 
• Testing of / with AWS microservices 
• ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level Test manager 
• Has created and implemented a testing strategy for all test activities 
• Has experience in selecting suitable testing tools and methods 
• Fluent in English
• Mindset and experience in working in an Agile environment 
• Database technologies 
• Configuration Management 
• Risk Management Skills 
• Leadership Skills 

Responsibilities:

• Providing functional direction (vision / strategy) in areas of: Software quality management; Test management; Defect management; Test automation management 
• Accountability that the Engineering organization takes measures to improve the quality in a scaling way (testing coverage, reducing lead time) 
• Build strong cross-functional engagement 
• Be a mentor for less experienced team members 
• Leading an Owner Group (guardrails, norms, decisions) 
• Ensuring clear expectations towards roles 
• Ensuring / Empowering colleagues to establish a Community of Practice 
• Providing assistance in assessing the performance of our employees 
• Driving the initial Recruitment & Onboarding activities to ensure we have a solid foundation of QA engineers in the teams 
• Inspiring employees to grow by showing and offering (training) opportunities
