About the vacancy

DataArt's new client is a British startup in the healthcare space.

They are developing a platform that safely connects a multi-disciplinary clinical workforce to patient needs, and allows to book clinician time based on their availability, proximity, and expertise.

The client already has a platform that is live on production, with the active development of new features.

There is an in-house team working on the platform now, in order to expand the team using DataArt’s help and expertise.

The DataArt team will work on the existing roadmap jointly with the in-house team, as well as the development of new modules.

We are going to start small, with 3-5 engineers on our end, which includes React, React Native, and Node.js engineers.

The technology stack of the project is React, React Native, Node.js, and AWS

We are looking for a specialist who will join our team and who is interested in working on a project for a young company, with a startup-ish culture, a fresh technology stack, and an interesting development roadmap.

We hire people not to a project, but to the company. If the project (or your work in it) is over, you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.

Must have

• 2+ years of web development experience
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES5, ES6)
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with React.js framework
• Understanding of Flux architecture, knowledge of Redux
• Understanding of REST API
• Knowledge o HTML5, CSS
• Experience working with Webpack, Grunt, Gulp
• Good spoken English

Would be a plus

• Understanding of WebSockets
• Experience in implementing unit tests in JavaScript using Karma, Jasmine, Jest, Mocha, etc.
• Experience with such CSS frameworks as Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.
• Experience with SASS, LESS or PostCSS
• Experience with CSS React Way: CSS Modules, Radium
