Esurance is a successful Swiss fintech scale-up company headquartered in Zurich and an IT development office in Kyiv. We’re looking for a senior frontend engineer that will join the IT leadership driving forward technology and value-based culture without strict hierarchies.

Scope of role

• To be fully responsible for leading the implementation, modification, and maintenance of configurable platform UI components.
• Working on backend integrations together with backend engineers. Development of Node.JS backend integration middleware.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Redux — 3+ years.
• Extensive experience integrating with React.js and its workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with modern front-end builds pipelines and tools.
• Good understanding of OOP, OOD, and functional programming
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proactive mindset, confidence to speak up and present solutions.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
