Are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of a team that is driving significant business results through relationship building and partner marketing? Newage is looking for a Partner Channel Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.

We’re looking for an experienced marketer to build from the ground up an innovative partner marketing program that will be central to the rapid expansion of our partner relationships and the growth of our business. You will work as a part of the Marketing Team reporting to our CMO and will collaborate closely with a Senior Partner Manager to identify, prioritize, and act on strategic partnerships.


Responsibilities:

  • Building and overseeing relationships and management of strategic partners from the marketing perspective
  • Create and shape co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners and Senior Partner Manager, and oversee the execution of programs
  • Be the key liaison for marketing contacts with partners to align on goals and strategy, and act as an advocate internally and externally to ensure that expectations are met, and communication flow is smooth and consistent
  • Post-campaign reporting and analysis of partner channel campaigns in collaboration with partners
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing materials and activities for partners
  • Work with partners to ensure channel support for key marketing beats for the entire product and service portfolio
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of partner programs for key strategic partners, including passing partner training and learning activities.


Requirements:

  • Experience in partner marketing with quantifiable results
  • Ability to develop collaborative cross-functional relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to design an end-to-end marketing strategy and full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns with channel partners
  • General marketing knowledge that includes a basic understanding of different functionalities — media, e-mail/CRM, communications, brand, and partner management
  • Able to adapt and remain flexible in an environment that is working with many different dependencies and is prone to change
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail, ability to anticipate potential next steps in projects and drive initiatives forward
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and track timelines, excellent project management skills are a must
  • Strong written and verbal skills are a must, and experience in cross-cultural communications is a plus
  • Fluency in English
