We`re looking for an ambitious, Publisher Manager (remote) to join our Etology project, growing audience and webmasters through self-serve platform.

Required skills & experience:

• Publisher Manager with at least 3 years+ experience as a publisher or affiliate manager;
• Experience within online entertainment niche;
• Strong team player and contributor;
• Organised with analytic skills;
• Able to negotiate and create long-term relationships with webmasters, knowledge of CPM/CPC, traffic flow;
• Experience in account management and achieving revenue goals;
• English level — advanced fluent.

Big Plus:

Previous experience as an Affiliate or Webmaster

What you will do:

• Contacting webmasters and helping them to sign up on the SSP platform;
• Help webmasters with the integration;
• Work with custom payout %s, stats;
• Following up in case there is a problem with the traffic flow;
• Investigate if there are some fraud publishers etc.
