Ergonized Limited is looking for a skilled Sales Representative. This position reports to our CMO.
We are looking for a sales representative who has a proven track record of generating sales.
Your responsibility:
- Process incoming leads | Prospecting | Qualification | Prioritisation | Identifying Decision Makers | Overcoming Objections | Closing
- Follow Up Activities
- Gathering Requirements | Define clients needs
- Document Sales Activities in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Estimation | Working with our team
- Generating Proposals
- Conduct Meetings
- Closing Sales with our Account Executive | Up Sale
- Prepare weekly reports
- Establish long-term relationships with potential clients
- Conduct meetings at a convenient for clients time. Our clients are from the US, UK, AU
Requirements:
- Work experience from 2 years as SDR
- Excellent communicator in English B2/C1 (written and spoken)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ideally, this person has a strong sales background in IT and consultative sales style
- Understanding of the sales process
- Result-oriented
