The FreySoft team is looking for a qualified Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing long-term trusted relationships with new and existing clients, research leads, and closing deals. Responsibilities:
— Searching and establishing contacts with new customers (processing incoming requests, using active search tools, negotiating, concluding contracts)
— Reporting directly to the CEO and HoS
— Participating in presales and discovery stages
— Making presentations
— Managing documents and accounts
— Analyzing roadmaps to increase sales
— Sales planning and participating in crafting the company’s marketing strategy
— Building long-term partnerships with clients
Skills you’ll need to bring:
At least 2 years of experience as a sales manager
Lead Generator skills are nice to have
Experience in sales IT services
English level: Upper-intermediate and higher
Experience in email and LinkedIn outbound/inbound sales
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Focused, organized, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative
