About our product:

We are а new streaming platform that will unite millions of people from different countries and allow them to share their own unique content, expand their fan network, attract new followers and monetize their talent.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and execution of sprints and releases (grooming, retro, testing during the sprint / release, monitoring the implementation of the release / sprint plan on time, managing deadlines)
• Keeping track of testing and timely fixes for releases
• Monitoring the implementation of features according to the task descriptions
• Tracking and improving the process in the Jira
• Keeping documentation up to date

About you:

• Project management experience 2+ years
• Intermediate or higher spoken and written English
• Knowledge of management tools (JIRA/Confluence)
• Knowledge of Project management process
• Management of 8+ people
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of self-organization, attention to details.

Will be a plus if it is also about you:

• Experience with social networking niche
• Min of 1+ yr of experience in fast-paced environments like startups
